Hand drawn oranges and blossom flowers arch over an arbour.
This botanical line art illustration was inspired by the citrus orchards previously growing on this land and created for the marketing team at AVJennings to showcase their new estate at Rochedale.
This one illustration was edited to work beautifully across a variety of digital and physical marketing assets. It featured prominently online and in physical form as a stunning cover image on the display booklet (with raised, clear polymer gloss on matte paper) and also as unique wallpaper murals inside the Arbor display centre.

"I engaged Kylie's expertise for creating a design illustration to accompany the logo and branding at our residential community called Arbor Residences for softcopy artwork, physicals mural and also the brochure cover that repurposed the layout of the design slightly. From the initial idea inception with brainstorming, to providing direction on materials and methods for install, Kylie was a helping creative hand all the way!"
I presented 3 illustrations in various colourways, and the AVJennings inhouse design team chose their favourite for the front cover, while using other variations throughout the marketing brochure.
