Bespoke Map Artworks

Transforming meaningful places into heirloom artworks
Watercolor-Farm-Map.jpg

Some places hold entire lifetimes within them.

From family farms and beloved hometowns to cities filled with memories, my bespoke map artworks celebrate the places that shape us.

Each piece is thoughtfully created using layered digital linework, hand-painted textures, carefully considered illustrations and hand lettered details — transforming meaningful places into heirloom artworks designed to be treasured for years to come.

"Worth every cent. We love it!"

More Than A Map

A map is more than a piece of paper – it’s a record of precious memories, adventures past, and the anticipation of joy to come.

A bespoke map artwork is more than a visual representation of a place. It’s a way of honouring connection, memory and belonging.

These artworks are often commissioned to celebrate family farms held through generations, meaningful travel experiences, homes filled with history, wedding stories, or the cities and landscapes people carry closely in their hearts.

Places of growth, change, grief and healing. Places that hold us.

Since 2016, Tiny Giraffe has been creating bespoke, personalised map artworks for clients all over the world in fine art print, canvas, and wallpaper formats.

Every artwork is uniquely tailored to reflect not only the geography of a place, but the emotion and story connected to it.

Crafted Layer By Layer

Each bespoke artwork begins with a story.

Using aerial references, maps, photography and client memories, I carefully compose each piece to capture the spirit and personality of a place.

My process combines digital illustration, abstract watercolour textures, hand lettering and layered detail to create artworks that feel both refined and deeply personal.

Every road, coastline, paddock, building and landscape element is intentionally considered to create a final artwork rich with meaning, atmosphere and connection.

Together we’ll collaborate to create a beautiful custom artwork that captures the spirit of your favourite place and where you left your heart.

Yes, we can arrange additional copies for family and friends!

A Collection of Meaningful Places

No two artworks are ever the same.

Bespoke map artworks can be created for:

  • Cities and travel memories

  • Family farms and rural properties

  • Hometowns and regional communities

  • Wedding stationery and anniversary gifts

  • Anniversary and memorial artworks

  • Boutique hotel or accommodation and interior spaces

  • Property and spatial storytelling projects

Each artwork is created collaboratively and tailored to the individual story behind the place.

My Bespoke Map Artwork Process

Created with you in mind.

The process begins with an enquiry and a conversation about your vision, story and the location you desire.

From there, I gather reference material including maps, aerial imagery and photographs before developing a concept tailored specifically to your space and story.

Once approved, your artwork is carefully refined layer by layer before being prepared for professional printing and optional framing.

Every project is quoted individually depending on the scale, level of detail, quantity, desired finish and framing.

Kylie is a gem of a human and amazing artist. She gives everything a personal touch and I loved working with her. My London print is stunning and I’m hoping to add another of her artworks to my collection soon!

Beyond The Frame

My bespoke map artworks have also evolved into large-scale murals, wallpapers for homes and as and immersive spatial storytelling experiences for commercial interiors and hospitality spaces.

About The Artist

Hello! My name is Kylie and I’m the artist and founder behind Tiny Giraffe.

I love creating bespoke map artworks inspired by the places we leave our hearts, from family farms and regional hometowns to beloved cities and meaningful landscapes woven through memory and identity.

Tiny Giraffe turns 10 in 2026 and I’m excited to explore new kinds of maps too, from hiking trails and national parks to meaningful travel routes and adventures. If you have an interesting idea, I’m open to it!

Combining hand-drawn illustration with layered watercolour textures, each artwork is thoughtfully created to celebrate story, connection and place.

Where did you leave your heart? I’d love to know.
