This repeating wallpaper pattern is part of my Australian Natives Collection, inspired by the beauty and resilience of Australia’s native flora. Featuring hand-illustrated wattle, this design brings a sense of warmth, light and connection to place. Wattle in Yellow – Australian Native Patterned Wallpaper
This wallpaper pattern was inspired by the Queensland Silver Wattle, Acacia podalyriifolia, which I photographed in a bush backyard of family friends living in Withcott, Queensland. Tiny Giraffe friends and followers know I lovingly refer to winter as ‘Pom Pom Season’ and it makes me happy to wander through local bushland in search of this joyful flower.
